Enquiries

Rotajet provides a complete service and spare parts program with comprehensive Preventative Maintenance and Service Contracts covering both existing and new machines.

Rotajet Systems offs three machine service and maintenance contract Bronze Silver and Gold providing the customer with the peace of mind that their equipment down time is minimised.

Rotajet recommend that the Silver Contract would be the most suitable for your machine, with the remote monitoring option detailed in the Gold specification.

 

Bronze 

A Rotajet engineer will visit site on a yearly basis and carry out a full inspection as well as checking all serviceable machine settings. The engineers visit will be booked by our after sales team 1 month prior to it due date. The date of the service is to be programmed in conjunction with the customer ensuring minimum down time on the machine. At this stage an initial 5 minute assessment of the machine will be carried out establishing the current condition of the machinery the cleaning parameters highlighting any additional work required during the engineers visit.

Following the site visit by the Rotajet engineer a site service report will be completed which includes, all work carried out on the machine, all machine parameters, all electrical motor parameters and comparisons to initial inspection records and a detail of all components used within the site visit. The report will also give advice on any further work required on the machine to ensure uninterrupted operation for the following 12 months.

Silver 

A Rotajet engineer will visit site on a 6 monthly basis or after 1000 running hours and carry out a full inspection as well as checking all serviceable machine settings. The engineers visit will be, automatically booked by our after sales team following a regular 3 monthly contact with the customer to discuses the condition of the machine and cleaning parameters. A machine report will be kept updated by Rotajet following each 3 monthly review; this report will be available to the customer at any time.

Following the site visit by the Rotajet engineer a site service report will be completed which includes, all work carried out on the machine, all machine parameters, all electrical motor parameters and comparisons to initial inspection records and a detail of all components used within the site visit. The report will also give advice on any further work required, which is to be discussed during the 3 monthly reviews.

Gold

A Rotajet engineers will visit site on a 3 monthly basis or after 1000 running hours and carry out a full inspection as well as checking all serviceable machine settings. The engineers visit will be, automatically booked by our after sales team on a 3 monthly basis or after 1000 hours, the run hours can be assessed by the Rotajet after sales team via remote monitoring. The remote monitoring can also help the after sales team review the running parameters of the machine on a monthly basis from the Rotajet office. The customer will be advised on any potentials problem with the machinery or potential developments which will help the customer operate the machine more efficiently. A machine report will be kept updated by Rotajet following each monthly review; this report will be available to the customer at any time.

The report will also give advice on any further work required.

Rotajet can provide spares for most makes of granulators and shredders, for multi shaft shredders we can also arrange for manufacture and installation of blades.

Rotajet can supply spares, maintenance, repairs and complete overhauls for a wide range of 2, 3 and 4 shafted machines.
